Sweet Corn!!!

This week we have been harvesting a bunch of really delicious sweet corn...we just had some for lunch and it was perfect! As sweet as candy, my daughter said. We will have more than we can use, so I need to try and sell some. Anyone interested? It is organic...it has not been sprayed with any pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. We eat our fill, then preserve the rest by blanching in hot water and cutting if off the cob to freeze and enjoy in the winter. So much better than store bought!
